Uncovered Storage is $40 per month

We also feature repair and maintenance items such as boat carpet replacement. We replace carpet in Bass Boats, Pontoon Boats, and small cruisers at our shop.
We also feature a selection of Durabak coatings instead of carpet, for easy maintenance and clean up. Ideal for bass boats and fishing boats.

Marine Depot Boat & RV Storage also handles boat detailing, outboard motor service, and a variety of unusual boat repair services such as replacing rotted decks and flooring. We see lots of boats that have been damaged due to exposure to water and wet conditions. Though boats are made for the water, exposure to water can do more damage to a boat than you can imagine.

Most boaters don't realize that leaving a boat in a slip at the local marina or outside in the rain and sun will rot the floor, fade the color and finish, and cause the upholstery to discolor, mildew or split.

Even though most of todays boats have a fiberglass floor, it is not waterproof. The water will seep down through the carpet and the fiberglass, and invade the interior framing of your boat.

This effect is most commonly seen in boats with weak floors or soft spots. The wood underneath the fiberglass has been wet for a long time, and the wood frame is rotting away. Even though the fiberglass floor appears to be waterproof, the truth is that water can penetrate the deck in a variety of ways. Most boats in this condition are thought to be ruined and of little value.

Marine Depot can restore rotted decks and flooring to a new condition. The boat in the photo above is over 10 years old. It has spent those 10 summers on a lake in an open slip.
